Mission Statement

  1. To increase public awareness of and promote use of the Winterville Library facilites.
  2. To support the library staff when needed by providing high quality service and programs for library patrons through fundraisers, volunteerism, advocating library services and promoting literacy throughout the Winterville Library service area.
  3. To promote an appreciation for books and the enjoyment of reading and learning.

Description

The Front Porch Bookstore is located at 102 Marigold Lane, near the Winterville Library and behind the Winterville police station and is a registered 501c3 non-profit charity.

This unique bookstore is run by the Friends of the Winterville Library, Inc. and operated solely by volunteers, with all proceeds going to benefits the Winterville Library.
