Mission Statement

The Palatine Jayees are committed to developing leaders, age 21-40, through community service and personal development projects.


The Jaycees are an international organization for individuals age 21-40. We seek to develop the personal and professional skills of people through community service. Some of our signature projects include the Palatine 4th of July Hometown Fest, Christmas Tree Sales, and Relay for Life. Leadership training, personal growth, and networking are some of the benefits of membership.

Would you recommend Palatine Jaycees?

The Palatine Jaycees are awesome!!! There is so much to do in this group. I've learned a lot through leadership skills and have made a lot of new friends. It's a great way to network with people and have fun! I am so glad I found this organization two year ago!!
