Description

We are a not for profit local hospice in northern Michigan. We cover a 9 county area including Otsego, Montomorency, Kalkaska, Crawford, Oscoda, Roscommon, Ogemaw, Clare, and Gladwin counties. We provide home health care for people who are facing the end of their lives and support their families and loved ones through the dying process.
