Rockville Community Outreach Inc., "RCOI", is an incorporated membership organization founded in July of 2011 by current and former residents of the Rockville Community located in the rural area of Clarke County Alabama. Membership in the organization is one who is interested in promoting community development.
RCOI’s board meetings, community meetings and programs are being held in the fellowship hall of the local community church free of charge until a Community Center can be constructed.
RCOI is an all-volunteer organization, having no paid staff. Funding is provided by monthly member contributions, donations from the general public (fundraising) and grants from government and from other non-profit organizations.
RCOI will promote community and economic development, build a community center and provide a range of human services needed to promote the stability and self-sufficiency of individuals and families. All programs will be open to any persons in need regardless of residency.
