Mission Statement

Affordable housing is a state-wide issue, and CATCH Neighborhood Housing is committed to creating a community where every person is confident of a home in Merrimack County. CATCH is an award-winning, non-profit, affordable housing provider that has been serving Merrimack County for over 20 years. We offer a full spectrum of housing services, such as homebuyer education, housing counseling and foreclosure assistance through the Home Buyer and Financial Success Center and 307 affordable rental apartments that are home to over 750 low-income adults and children.

CATCH Neighborhood Housing is a non-profit organization that rents apartments to people with lower income throughout Merrimack County, NH. since 1989, CATCH has been serving the community and keeping it nice not only for the people living there, but for everyone.
