Mission Statement

The mission of LVA-CC is to assist residents of Clinton County who desire help in improving their literacy skills. LVA-CC provides this service free of charge through trained, qualified tutors, who volunteer to assist learners in achieving their personal, educational, and job-related goals in a learner-centered approach.

Description

Services Offered BASIC LITERACY - helps adults improve their reading and writing skills. FAMILY LITERACY - enables parents to prepare their children for school. ESOL - English for Speakers of Other Languages helps adults to learn conversational English.
