Description

Intentionally created in 2007 to Empower ALL People to Live Healthy Productive Lives, The Vision Community Foundation encompasses 5 initiatives: Bread of Life, Combating Hunger, HIV/AIDS Awareness & Prevention, GED& Educational Development, Youth Mentorship, Women's Health and Wellness.

We have fed over 4000 people, equipped over 1000 people with their HIV/AIDS Status, Graduated 10 adults from our GED Program all of which are in their 2nd year of college, mentored and motivated youth, and work with Traxx Girls, Inc to offset our Breast Cancer Initiative.
