Mission Statement

The mission and purpose of Samaritan Recovery Community is to provide the highest quality of care possible to people who are at risk for, or who are suffering from, the disease of chemical dependency. Services are provided in an environment that preserves and promotes the dignity of the persons served without regard to race, color, creed, gender, economic or social circumstance, sexula orientation or natioal origin.

Description

Since 1964, Samaritan Recovery Community has provided life-changing substance abuse treatment and recovery services in a spirit of community and understanding for individuals from all walks of life.

People who receive treatment at Samaritan work with a team of dedicated and caring staff members who are committed to helping them transform their lives and live free of substanc abuse and dependency.

Samaritan is a not-for-profit organization and operates responsibly with partnerships and grants to fulfill it's mission.

Samaritan offers the following programs:

Intensive Residential Program Transitional Living (Halfway House) Program, Supportive Housing Program, Outpatient Treatment Program, and After Care Program

Each program is personalized, built on a 12 Step foundation and various evidence based practice guidelines. The goal is to meet each person's physical, psychological, spiritual, and social needs and to equip them with the tools they need for a successful and long-term recovery.

I went thru the program in nashville, also worked as a truck driver there and drove for the admin team
