A Community Resource for Seniors (Older Americans) in a nine-town region of the Connecticut Shoreline. Meals on Wheels and hot lunch cafes in five towns; Medical transportation; benefits and preventative health programs and counseling; exercise classes; recreational, social, and educational activities; and support groups.
