Here's a sample of our volunteer opportunities:VIEW AS
For more than 23 years, La Mujer Obrera has worked to transform the conditions of Mexican immigrant women in El Paso, Texas and on the U.S.-Mexico border
Together, as women, we have organized, educated, and developed economic alternatives in order to represent our interests and defend our dignity. We also have helped to build national and international awareness about the economic violence generated by free trade, as we wrestle with the question: â In the midst of globalization, how do we, as women who are living the everyday consequences of underdevelopment, defend our rights and build sustainable communities rooted in justice and human dignity?â
