ACC currently operates from 39 outreach centers and provide over 50 specialized programs: Behavioral Health, psychological and Psychiatric Services, Cross-Cultural Awareness, Cultural Tapestry Initiative, Cross-Cultural Workshops and Technical Assistance, Social Services Family and Individual Counseling, Family Independence Agency, Immigration & Naturalization Services, Long Term Elderly Program, Educational Services, Secretary of State Services, Senior Citizens Services, Substance Abuse and Addiction, after school program, and youth Summer Programs, Public Health Breast Cancer Education and Prevention Community Health Center Diabetes Awareness and Education Diabetes Epidemiology Research Primary Health Care Outreach Prenatal Care Outreach and Advocacy Substance Abuse Prevention Teen Health Program Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Women, Infants and Children (WIC)
