Mission Statement

The CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) Program for Bullitt County, Inc, a non-profit organization, recruits, trains and supports court approved volunteers to advocate on behalf of abused and neglected children who are under the protection of the juvenile court, seeking to assure safe, permanent families for them as quickly as possible.


A non-profit organization that recruits volunteers to represent abused and neglected children who are involved with the juvenile justice system through no fault of their own. Volunteers work with medical, school, social services and court personnel to advocate for the rights of children. Volunteers are screened, trained in 20-30 hours of pre-service training, observe court, and shadow a social worker or CASA volunteer.
