Mission Statement

Our primary purpose is to stop the unnecessary killing of adoptable dogs in Humboldt County and the surrounding areas. We do so by finding appropriate homes, spaying/neutering prior to adoption and educating the public on the importance of spaying/neutering.

Description

FOCCAS is an all volunteer, non-profit, tax exempt charitable organization. We assist our community members who need to re-home their pets, and pull a limited number of adoptable pets from the municipal shelters prior to euthanasia.
