The principles and practices of Wellness encourages Spiritual consciousness and mindfulness that inspires Service to Creator, Creatures and Creation.
The Wellness programs focus upon Intentional Self Regulation to include, diet, exercise, rest and breathe work. The Spiritual programs focus upon traditional contemplative and meditative processes to include Bible Studies, ACIM and Hawkin's Study Groups, Spiritual Direction, Contemplative Prayer, Centering Prayer, Meditation Groups and many other programs. The Service arm provides financially viable outlets for creative service in the community.
