Mission Statement

To provide assistance and connections to services in our Blackwell area that will help low-income clients not only overcome a hardship but an avenue to get ahead.

Description

Associated Charities began in 1918 as a volunteer service to the community of Blackwell, Oklahoma. Our goal is to be front line source of support to those facing extreme hardship. We provide emergency, financial, food, health, government application assistance to people facing extreme hardships due to illness and misfortune.

Our Food Bank is opened three mornings a week to area Blackwell residents which is stocked by two very big national food drives, several small community food drives and monetary donations that we may purchase food with. We are a member of the Oklahoma Regional Food bank and the Blackwell Chamber of Commerce.
