Mission Statement

The mission of Alzheimer's Day Services of Memphis is to help persons with Alzheimer's disease and related disorders live their lives with dignity and respect while providing relief to their caregivers and support for their families.

Description

ADS provides a therapeutic day program Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm which gives the participants a safe, stimulating place to be during the day and provide relief to the caregivers so they can go to work, take care of themselves, or do other activities. All activities work on five skill areas: cognitive, socialization, communication, fine motor and gross motor. Therapies included are music, art, pet, and intergenerational.
