Mission Statement
ARMY Magazine is published by the Assocation of the U.S. Army. Since 1950, AUSA has worked to support all aspects of national security while advancing the interests of America's Army and the men and women who serve. AUSA is a private, non-profit educational organization that supports America's Army - Active, National Guard, Reserve, Civilians, Retirees and family members. AUSA represents every American Soldier by: - Being the voice for all components of America's Army - Fostering public support of the Army's role in national security - Providing professional education and information programs Grassroots support for America's Army can only come when people know and understand the value of the Army to the nation. AUSA accomplishes this through its various chapters, AUSA's Institute of Land Warfare, Industry Affairs meetings, ARMY Magazine, and the Government Affairs office.
