Description

The WWF South Pacific Program is a program office of WWF International. WWF South Pacific has established a country program in Papua New Guinea and has developed an integrated conservation and development project known as the Kikori Integrated Conservation and Development Project within the Kikori River catchment area in the Southern Highlands and Gulf Provinces of Papua New Guinea. The aim of WWF South Pacific through the PNG country program and Kikori Project is to work in communities of the Gulf and Southern Highlands Provinces of PNG in partnership with the PNG Government and stakeholders to conserve the biodiversity of the Kikori Basin through the sustainable management of its natural resources.
