Description

GO! Network is a 501c3based in St. Louis, Mo. Our mission is to Inspire American’s toward their Life’s Work. GO! Network was originally conceived in January 2009 in direct response to the economic and employment crisis of 2008, as a means to address the rapidly growing population of unemployed professionals. The concept was to bring together corporate, academic and non-profit leaders in the St. Louis region, to form a partn­ership that could respond to the escalating needs of these professionals.

In 2011 GO! Network recognized that its program was producing excellent results, such as a Landing Rate of nearly 68%.With these results in mind, GO! updated its Mission Statement and repositioned itself to serve a broader population. Our new, ambitious mission allows us to focus on unemployed and underemployed job-seekers, as well as the ever growing numbers of returning military men and women, and college graduates seeking meaningful careers. Each of these groups is affected by the current workforce environment. Since May 2007, the unemployment rate has climbed dramatically from 4.4% to as high as 10.1% in October 2009. Today’s rate is between 8.6% and 9.1%.
