Volunteering at Walden's Puddle was the best job I ever had. If I hadn't moved out of the area I would still be there today. Housekeeping, feeding, and new friendships. I worked hard, but they were thinking of this place when they said it was 'a labor of love'. If you have a few hours a week, give it a try - you may never be the same. :)

The work they are doing there is wonderful!! I brought in an abandoned fawn & was so grateful they were there to raise it & then release it into a non-hunting preserve!! I truly don't know what I would have done that has me feeling so good about the end result!! Therefore, I feel I owe them but while Ican donate some money, I have more time than money!
