The Diversified Faith Gospel Project is a music ministry that has but one primary purpose: To carry an uplifting message of hope, strength, and joy to diverse audiences, bringing us closer together to understand the meaning of peace, equality, respect, unity, and justice. Toward this goal, we are a community-oriented service organization, based on the premise that fostering community and connection within the Organization itself is the necessary precursor to bringing people together in the wider communities around us. We are an inclusive, interfaith community based on the shared belief that human beings and humanity are a part of a greater and encompassing Whole. Although we may use different language to define for ourselves what we believe that Whole to be, we affirm that our divergent beliefs and languages are never barriers to understanding what we share. Rather, it is in the process of listening to and respecting one anotherâ s languages that we connect with each other, form community and, in so doing, enhance the greater, encompassing Whole of which we are all a part.
