The mission of Mosaico CDC is to understand and respond proactively to the evolving physical, social, and economic needs of the neighborhood and community.

Description

Mosaico CDC respectfully embraces our neighborhood and community's unique history. We express our deep sense of pride in our vital community through interpretive tours, exhibits, and programs. We preserve the built environment through cooperative revitalization and adaptive re-use prohects. We invest in the future of our neighborhood through educational programs that involve families and youth in leadership, responsive citizenship, and community participation. We collaborate, partner, and joint venture with groups, institutions, and organizations as consistent with our mission. Our name, Mosaico, represents the concept that life is a mosaic; a distinct, dynamic combination of interrelated parts that form a comprehensive and effective whole.
