SASF believes talent is equally distributed across our city, but access to discover and develop that talent is not. Through after-school programming, SASF provides the opportunities, experiences, and caring adults needed for youngsters to develop the tools and talents needed to compete in 21 st Century workforce. SASF is one of the largest providers of school-based after-school programs in New York City and the metropolitan region, serving more than 20,000 students in over 100 public schools. These students typically live in low-income neighborhoods and attend academically struggling schools in grades K-12.
