Description

Treatment Foster Care (TFC) is foster care with treatment. Due to the trauma of not having, or being removed from their biological family, in addition to possibly having emotional or physical problems, children placed in foster care need additional supports and treatment. UMFS developed the TFC program in 1980 to meet these additional needs. We seek families who not only have room in their homes, but room in their hearts to provide structured support, a therapeutic environment and unconditional love.
