Mission Statement
VIP offers each international volunteer an opportunity to learn a culture from the inside while doing valuable community service, peer to peer, in a stimulating new environment. Equally important are the benefits the host community derives from welcoming a Partnership Volunteer and from the skills and experiences brought by the international volunteer.
Description
If you're exploring international volunteer service, considering a gap year abroad or looking for a break from your job, reach out to others as a Partnership Volunteer. Your community service project could be working with a rural development project, volunteering in a health clinic, working with children, teaching English - the volunteer opportunities are endless! VIP offers individuals or groups the opportunity to volunteer abroad in 14 countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Ghana, Great Britain, Guatemala, India, Ireland, Morocco, Nepal, Nigeria, South Africa, Thailand, Turkey and the USA. Most programs include language training and homestays with families - the best way to meet people and learn about local culture. Volunteers for International Partnership will place you with a community service project where your work will make a lasting contribution.
