It is CWEE's goal to provide participants with as much knowledge and hands-on experience as possible in order to successfully prepare them for the world of work. The CWEE program is based on a Workplace Competency Model that includes the development of the skills and competencies participants will need for successful employment. Participants are responsible for working on those skills and competencies that they most need for their career paths. One obstacle many participants face is obtaining their GED to expand their career possibilities. CWEE also teaches Computer Software classes, Basic Skills and Job Readiness skills.
