Abilities, Inc. helps people with disabilities achieve their potential through work they enjoy. For over sixty years we have trained people with disabilities in the skills they need to compete for and get satisfying jobs. Abilities, Inc. evaluates, trains and serves people toward the goal of integrated employment and independent living.

Description

The staff of Abilities, Inc. offers consumers with disabilities:

One-on-one skills assessment and career counseling Comprehensive vocational training and assistance that emphasize marketable skills State-of-the-art technologies integrated into all our training programs Internships and work experiences that emphasize real-life skills applications Dedicated assistance with the job search Personal guidance and support to assist the job seeker to adjust to their new work environment Business advisory councils for each training program that guides the development of training curricula and prepares consumers for job placement

Abilities, Inc. staff work with consumers to develop and focus on their unique abilities that can be applied to the career of their choice.
