Mission Statement

The sole mission of Forgotten Soldiers Outreach is to support service members of the United States Military, who are currently deployed in countries overseas. The volunteers of this organization prepare and ship "We Care" packages on a monthly basis to registered individuals, squadrons, battalions and hospitals. Each "We Care" package includes snacks and treats, hygiene products, comfort items, and most importantly - letters of encouragement. It is with the hope of inspiring and encouraging each reipient during their separation from loved ones and friends. We aim to send "that little bit of home" to assure they are not forgotten. Forgotten Soldiers Outreach is committed to our U.S. servicemen and women in all world theaters, for as long as they are deployed.

Description

Forgotten Soldiers Outreach (FSO) is a non-for-profit organization that solely relies on volunteers to help complete our mission of sending out packages to the troops serving overseas. Volunteers can come into the National Headquarters and assist in the warehouse by preparing donated items for our "We Care" packages. Volunteers also assist with participating in events outside of the National Headquarters where we raise money to ship our "We Care" packages.
