Description

The Los Angeles County Community Development Foundation (CDF) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization created in 1997. We support and deliver educational, health and wellness, workforce development, and arts programs to Public Housing and Section 8 residents by working closely with our founding partners: the Housing Authority of the County of Los Angeles (HACoLA) and University of California Cooperative Extension (UCCE).

The CDF core programs are:

  • Housing Authority Resident (HAR) Scholarship Fund
  • Youth in Focus afterschool photography program
  • Growing Experience Urban Farm and Community Garden
