Mission Statement

We are an organization formed to help single women, and their children. We support all single mothers with emphasis on teenage single motherhood, domestic abuse and educational issues, regardless of income.

Our emphasis is on single mothers who normally do not qualify for government, community, and academic aid.

We offer annual scholarships to help single moms who ordinarily may not qualify for grants due to their "income" levels being over the poverty limit. However, we welcome all single moms to apply regardless of income.

Description

We offer a FREE membership to single mothers, which includes referral services, special discounts and other services.

We offer annual scholarships for mothers who are either starting college or returning to college for their 2 or 4 year degree or a degree in non-traditional occupations such as massage therapy, nail technicians, cosmetology, etc.

We provide monthly support groups and publish a newsletter aimed at providing easy to read and use resources which is distributed via online as well as via mail when requested.

When appropriate, we support and network with other organizations with similar missions.
