OBG is a terrific organization! Everyone from the president to board members to show managers to fellow volunteers are friendly and welcoming. It is an enormous group spanning all of Northern VA, Southern MD, D.C. and even some places beyond. They always need foster homes or an extra set of hands to perform home checks or better yet, hold a dog at a show! While I don't volunteer with them anymore, this is the one rescue I was truly sorry to have left when I moved away from the area. I have returned to the area recently, but am actively involved in a different rescue for now. However, I still highly, highly recommended OBG...they are fantastic!
