Mission Statement

Greenwood Wildlife Rehabilitation Center's mission is to rehabilitate sick, injured and orphaned wildlife for release into appropriate habitats. Greenwood also strives to educate the public, emphasizing humane solutions to human/wildlife interactions.

Description

As one of the largest wildlife rehabilitation centers along the Front Range, we care for 2,500 small mammals, birds and waterfowl/shorebirds, on average, each year. We also reach nearly 3,000 kids and adults annually with our Education and Outreach Program.

Greenwood is licensed by Colorado Parks & Wildlife and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
