Mission Statement

The mission of Third Street Alliance is to improve the quality of life for all members of the community, with special emphasis on women and children . In support of this, we provide services to meet the basic needs of individuals and families and provide tools to promote personal development, responsibility, and citizenship.

STATEMENT OF PHILOSOPHY

All people deserve the opportunity to independently make those decisions that affect their lives and the lives of their dependent family members. Third Street Alliance believes that the most appropriate way to empower people to make good decisions is to provide them with the best information available, point out the alternatives, and support them through the consequences of their decisions. Third Street Alliance believes in fostering independence. To this end, people are to be made responsible for themselves and to themselves at all times.
