Mission Statement

GRACE is organized for the purpose of supporting and providing quality representation to indigent persons facing the death penalty in Texas and Louisiana. The work of GRACE fulfills several charitable purposes defined under the United States Internal Revenue Code § 501(c)(3), including, but not limited to: "relief of the poor, the distressed, or the underprivileged," "elimination of prejudice and discrimination," and "defense of human and civil rights secured by law."
