Description

Community Health Network LEAP Committee, (Look to End Abuse Permanently), is a collaboration of health care providersâ  social workers, nurse practitioners, physicians, and volunteers--working who provide resources and trainings for intervention and prevention of domestic violence in clinics and health care centers throughout San Francisco.
