Plainfield Community Outreach, Inc. is a 501(C)3 non-profit corporation dedicated to empowering and educating the Plainfield community.

We operate several different branches of service:

Grace's Kitchen: a hot lunch served the last 5 days of the month to the hungry

Supplemental Educational Services (SES): Free tutoring

21st Century Community Learning Centers Program: We are excited to announce that we are a NJ Dept of Education 21st Century Community Learning Center for the following three Plainfield public schools:

  • Evergreen Elementary School
  • Clinton Elementary School
  • Barlowe Elementary School
Monthly Homework Dinners: Thanks to the generosity of the Hamstra Family Charitable Foundation, PCO has a new monthly program, the Homework Dinner. Any family with children in grades 1-6 may come and receive a free dinner, help with homework, and for the adults, instruction on how to help with homework.
