Future Possibilities, Inc. Is a unique 501(c) 3 non-profit organization that delivers specialized leadership, life and goal setting skills programs which empower 8 -14 year old low-income, high-risk children and youth from under-served communities to build character, self-esteem, valuable skills and social responsibility within the framework of an approved school-based curriculum and with the inspiring support of an adult volunteer - at no cost to their families. Our "Ready, Set, Goal!" (RSG) program is based on our unique curriculum, delivered on a weekly basis over seven months through a one-to-one relationship between the child and a volunteer adult whom we train to be a "Kid Coach".
Our kids grow by giving. By planning and accomplishing a Goal of Contribution to a cause or community of their choice, each child takes the lead in making a positive difference in the world today and in the future.
The impact on our children is not limited exclusively to the classroom; many teachers and parents have praised FP’s programs for instilling confidence, a sense of self-worth, and a drive for success in our children, which have manifested in tangible impact in their academic success, social skills, and their outlook on the future.
