The Greater Contribution funds micro loans to help women work their way out of poverty. We work with the poorest of the poor in rural areas of East Africa. Women enter our program living in extreme poverty (earning less than $1.25/day) and leave 24 months later earning $5/day, a 400% increase in income! We have a 100% repayment rate and are truly transforming lives! Making a donation to this program is an opportunity for ordinary people to do something extraordinary. A small gift of $50 allows a woman to create a micro business that will provide a sustainable income for herself and her family, enabling her to afford daily meals, needed medical care, fees to send her children to school and more!
