Mission Statement

At aim our mission is to reduce the rate of recidivism among the Indiana youth. To accomplish this goal we recruit, train, and manage volunteers who serve as mentors to incarcerated youth at Indiana Department of Correction facilities.

Description

Mentors will work with our youth one-on-one while the youth is 2-3 months away from leaving the correctional facility. Our mentors will continue working with the youth after they are released. We ask for a year commitment and an hour per week per mentee.
