The Arden-Dimick Friends of the Sacramento Public Library is a volunteer community-based organization. Its dual mission is to advocate for the library and to provide funding for books and materials, programs and library activities primarily through selling discarded and donated books and materials.

Description

The Arden-Dimick Friends of the Sacramento Public Library raises funds to support the Arden-Dimick branch of the library by selling discarded and donated books, media and materials. We donate unsaleable materials to agencies serving those who have no access to books, and actively minimize the amount of discarded materials that end up in landfill.
