Description

Assistance to Refugees Couples (ARC) is a marriage enrichment program that consists of capacity building, outreach and education, and referral and mentoring, which helps Vietnamese couples obtain the skills to have healthy marriages. Clearly, this project is aimed to provide enrichment and family wellness services to Vietnamese refugees, Amerasians, and victims of human trafficking who have relocated to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, or Camden New Jersey. The ARC target population includes engaged and married Vietnamese couples. The ultimate goal of the program is to assist Vietnamese couples and families in obtaining the skills to have healthy marriages and maintain a good family environment.
