Spectrum Health Pennock Hospice offers a comprehensive program of personal, compassionate, quality care to terminally ill patients and families. I f you or someone you care about is coping with a serious, lif-limiting illness, you know it can be overwhelming. Hospice provides care to help you live each day as fully as possible. Hospice can help you, your family, and caregivers through the support of a group of caring professionals and volunteers.

Our hospice team works with you and your family to create a plan of care that meets your needs.
