The mission of Phillips Teaching Homes is to help foster children learn the life skills they need to be successful in a permanent loving family where they can grow to their full potential.

Description

Since 1979, Phillips Teaching Homes (PTH)has provided therapeutic foster care services to foster children in Virginia. In 2001, PTH became licensed in Maryland and Virginia for both foster care and adoption services.
