Cooking With Kids is committed to the health and well being of our children. Learning how to prepare healthy food empowers children to make better decisions on diet, learn how to shop and gain self-esteem. Children love to eat the food they prepare. With almost 30% of children being obese, with diabetes on the rise and family meals being put to the side because of time our children need to learn healthy eating habits early, to provide lifelong skills and help prevent health issues
