Our mission is distribute food to those who are in need and alleviate hunger in our community and surrounding areas. We believe that just one kind act can make a difference.

Description

Helping Hands Depot, Inc. (HHD) sole focus is to help eradicate hunger in the city of Jacksonville, FL and surrounding areas. We solicit donations in an effort to keep our food pantry stocked up for those who may fall on hard times. We strive to create an atmosphere of excellence where the individuals seeking assistance feel welcomed. We distribute food while giving our community a global cultural experience (France, Nigeria, Japan, Brazil, Canada, etc.).

The atmosphere was positive. The organization team members were polite and very friendly. This was more than helping give out food, this was an experience to fellowship with the community and getting to know who we are as an advocate for helping others that are in need. Also, they catered to the young people with games and fun activities.
