The focus of the FFS JB directs their efforts on fundraising, networking, event planning and coordinating efforts with Childrenà ¢à  à  s Memorial Hospital to raise awareness and education of neuroblastoma to the young urban professional community.

Description

Friends For Steven Junior Board is a group of young, urban professionals passionate about helping a greater cause. We are currently a à ¢à  à  work in progressà ¢à  à  as we were loosely formed in the spring of à ¢à  à  04. This is an exciting time for the FFSJB as we are starting from the ground up and are able to make a lot of decisions, albeit sometimes challenging, they are always rewarding. A majority of our goals for à ¢à  à  05 involve developing a structure for creating a solid groundwork for us to launch our organization. This includes everything from board development, marketing, education, sponsorship, membership recruitment to event planning.
