Mission Statement

The Center for Family Resources strenghtens individuals, families, and communities to become self-sufficient by providing: Temporary financial assitance to stabilize families in crisis; Housing for low-income and homeless families in a safe and secure environment; Education and training for individuals and comunities to increase economic capacity and personal growth; and Affordable office and meeting space for non-profit organizations.


Guided by organizational values of Family, Integrity, Results, Service and Teamwork, the staff at CFR is committed to breaking the cycle of poverty by helping families acquire the resources they need to become independent and self-sufficient.

I would most definitely recommend this organization to others because I personally identify with the help and services that they offer. I have been a recipient of their services and I am most grateful that they were available to me. I like what they stand for. TWO THUMBS UP!!!
