Description

The Weld County Sheriff’s Office Victim Services Unit is comprised of two full time Victim Advocates and an organized and trained volunteer group.

The Victim Services Unit provides on-scene assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week to victims of crime as outlined in the Colorado Victim Rights Amendment and to victims of trauma and sudden loss. On-scene volunteer advocates will respond to scenes at the request of sworn deputies and commissioned officers to work with victims and/or survivors.
