The Momentum Project, Inc. established in 1985, sustains health and fosters wellness by providing food and supportive services to any person living with HIV/AIDS, their family members and loved ones in New york City.

Description

With 9 programs in 4 Boroughs, Momentum reaches those in greatest need, especially low-income, disenfranchised communities disproportionately challenged by HIV/AIDS. For 18 years, we have followed the changes in this epidemic, and implemented programs that help clients to stabilize and move closer to overall wellness.
