Sacred Heart Hospice, SpiriTrust Lutheran. is a faith-based, not for profit organization that has been serving our friends and neighbors in south central and northeastern Pennsylvania and northern Maryland since the late 1970s. Our professional, compassionate caregivers bring skilled home health services, in-home care, hospice care, and grief counseling directly to your home or the home of a loved one.

We are committed to reinvesting our resources in to staff development, care delivery and state-of-the-art health care technologies, including telemonitoring programs. This approach means LHCH clients receive the most innovative care, delivered by local caregivers, in the privacy of their own home.

As a not for profit organization, we are proud to provide care to all members of our local communities regardless of their ability to pay. No one who needs help is ever turned away from SpiriTrust Lutheran.
